How To Use Healthcare Discount Plan
- First find the service or provider who meets your needs
- Print out a copy of your Discount Confirmation Letter
- Provider confirmations are done by telephone through the Customer Care Center, a discount confirmation will be email or fax to you
- Identify yourself as an American Care United member when contacting our partners or providers to guarantee discounts
- The discount payment should be made directly to the provider at the time of service. Make sure you keep your receipt as proof of purchase
