- Books and schedules all appointments with providers
- Assists with securing a second opinion on a diagnosis
- Makes arrangements for transportation to and from a doctor’s appointment
- Assists with reviews and explanation of medical bills
Physician Support
- Coordinates financing and funding for patients
- Supports medical providers to understand attorney’s requests
- Assists medical providers with claim and funding process
- Ensures that Personal Injury patients understand all medical recommendations and options
- Maintains medical history records for accessibility to attorneys and physicians
